PROCTOR, Sir Philip, K.8.E., Kt St John — On June 22, 1986 (peacefully), at Mary Potter Hospice, dearly loved husband of Hilary Frances, much loved father and father-in-law of Jenifer and Donald Green, Jeremy and Therese, Susan Proctor, Mary Jane and Gary Higgins, Judith and Philip Lee Cannan, and Julian and Ruth, dearly loved grandpa of Richard, Katharine, Stephanie, Fiona, Margaret, Marle-Therese, Catherine, Justin, James, Isabelle, Sarah, Natalie, Richard, Philip and Louise, loved brother of the late Dorothy Jean Proctor, brother-in-law of Alison and Robin Rutherford, and loved uncle of Mark and Andrew; aged 84 years.
