Shaping up

Photo A: Flex your feet so your toes lift from the floor. Lean your torso lightly forward to maintain your balance. Lift your hands upward as well and hold for a moment. Photo B: Lower your feet to the floor, knees bent slightly. Lower your arms to your sides. Continue by repeating the movements. The same action can be felt by flexing your foot several times. This exercise is even more beneficial if a partner offers some light resistance to our movement.
