Public Notices MALVERN COUNCIL MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER ALTERATION TO ROAD NAME NOTICE Is hereby given that In pursuance and In exercise of the powers vested in It by the Local Government Act 1974, and all other Acts, (If any), enabling in that behalf the Malvern County Council at a meeting held on the 6th day of June 1986 resolved by way of Special Order to alter the name of a part of Kimberley Road. The object and purport of the proposed Special Order Is to alter the name of that portion of Kimberley Road from Horndon Street, Darfield, to Homebush Road, from Kimberley Road to McMillan Street. A full copy of the proposed Special Order is deposited at the office of the Malvern County Council, Darfield and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until 1.30 p.m. on Friday, July 11, 1986. It Is further publicly notified that the Resolution making the said Special Order Is to be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the said Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Darfield at 1.30 p.m. on Friday, July 11, 1986.
