Humes firm
Humes, Ltd, has declared unconditional its offer for listed Wellington manufacturer, Hume Industries (NZ), Ltd, by waiving its 90 per cent minimum acceptance level. The directors said acceptances had been received from the required 75 per cent minimum number of shareholders, but acceptances for the number of shares had not quite reached the 90 per cent minimum level. Humes has extended the offer, for acquiring 3,737,440 ordinary shares, to June 30.
