Once there were two boys who were moving house. They were moving to a bay that is called Rod Bay. It was called Rod Bay because it was good for fishing. The car went up the driveway and stopped at a two-storey house. It had an indoor swimming pool that was heated. “Here come Dad and Rob in the truck with the furniture,” said Mum. “When we finish un-

loading why don’t we go exploring,” said Joe. “Okay,” said Rob. “You don’t have to help us, you go and do some exploring.” “Last one down the beach is a rotten egg,” said Joe. They ran down to the beach. Rob got there first. They started to walk down the beach. Just then a boy come running down. It was their cousin, Bob. “Race you to that workshop,” said Bob. They ran to the work-

shop and went Inside. Just then the door shut behind them. “That’s funny,” said Joe. “There’s no wind. "Maybe this place is haunted,” said Rob. “Don’t be silly,” said Joe and Bob. “I dare you to come here tonight,” said Rob. "Okay,” said Joe. That night Joe and Bob went to the workshop. They went inside. A bottle moved across the room. “It is haunted,” said Joe. They ran away and never went back again.
