Departmental head
Professor Robin Carrell, head of the Christchurch Clinical School’s pathology department, has been appointed head of the haemotology department, carrying out research into molecular biology, at Cambridge University, England, the world’s leading centre in this type of work. A report on the front page of “The Press” yesterday incorrectly gave the impression that Professor Carrell was to be head of the centre.
