Initially duties will involve familiarisation and support of PCs and related software products, and extend to mainframe interfacing and data sharing. There will also be an opportunity to become involved with the multisite mainframe computer system either in a support role or in providing specialised technical programming services. Candidates should have a tertiary qualification obtained either at University or Polytech and be interested in the more technical aspects of computing. Familiarity with WANG computers would be an added advantage.
