KMG loses six

Six partners with the Auckland accounting firm, KMG Kendons, are to become partners of Price Waterhouse.

Announcing this a Price Waterhouse New Zealand senior partner, Mr Jeff Todd, said it was part of a process which would see Price Waterhouse expand substantially. As well as the group of six accountants who were withdrawing from KMG Kendons, five Price Waterhouse managers and senior consultants

were being admitted to the partnership. The moves would allow Price Waterhouse to strengthen its specialist services to clients, Mr Todd said. The six partners transferring are: Messrs Richard Commons and Don Hattaway (tax); Lyall Bunt and John Waller (business advisory services); Paul Preston (insolvency and business advisory services); and Stuart Bauld (auditing).
