Kiss and Coo wins
Kiss and Coo hinted that she could be an upset chance in the second leg of the T.A.B. double at the New Brighton meeting tomorrow when she outfinished the New Brighton Cup entrant Hondo's Dream at the Addington trials yesterday. The C 3 and faster heat attracted four runners, which went around at workout speed, the leaders only sharpening the tempo over their last 800 m in 595, the closing 400 in 29.35. Kiss and Coo, which was drawn by the club to be driven by her trainer, Colin de Filippi, in the fourth Newmans Air Drivers Championship race tomorrow, began . safely yesterday, tracking Hondo’s Dream up from the rear at the 500 m.
