Poor response
A one-day seminar on April 29 on industrial materials selection, the first to be held in Christchurch, has drawn a poor response. The seminar, being organised by the industrial processing division of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research in co-operation with the southern industrial development division of the D.5.1.R., so far has only 12 registrations out of the 40 needed.
