NZPA-Reuter Melbourne A Melbourne policewoman who ran from a car-bomb blast three weeks ago, her skin on fire, has died in hospital. Detectives say they still have no clues on who prepared Melbourne’s worst terror attack. Constable Angela Taylor, aged 20, died on Sunday night. She suffered burns to 80 per cent of her body when 50 sticks of gelignite planted under
the bonnet of a stolen car blew up outside Victoria’s state police headquarters on March 27. Constable Taylor was one of 21 people injured in the blast. She ran across the road with her skin ablaze after the explosion, which triggered a series of petrol-tank blasts in other cars. The Victorian Goverftment has announced a reward of sAustsoo, ooo ($640,000) for the arrest
of the bomber and set up a task force to investigate the crime. The police have made little headway in the case. Last week the police charged a man with attempting to obtain the reward money through deception. Vladimir Rychta is alleged to have asked the reward money to be placed in a Swiss bank account He will appear again in court on June 30.
