The body of an elderly woman, missing from her Northcote home for more than a month was found late yesterday afternoon. She was,,,

Ada May Wade, aged 70, of Northcote Road.

A '> post-mortem examination will be conducted this morning to determine the cause of death.

Her decomposed body was found over a stopbank below Ashby Brothers’ shingle and concrete yard on Johns Road, by an employee of the company. Mrs Wade was last seen at her gate about 6 p.m. on March 12. She had been described as frail, with a limp, and had suffered from memory lapses.
