Hospital Board Appointments NORTHLAND AREA HEALTH BOARD CHARGE MEDICAL PHOTOGRAPHER NORTHLAND BASE HOSPITAL WHANGAREI APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED for the position of Charge Medical Photographer, Northland Base Hospital, Whangarei. Salary will be in accordance with the Hospital Service Determination HS 46 (Medical Photographers) dependent upon qualifications and expeience and subject to grading by the Health Service Personnel Commission. SENIOR ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN VACANCY NO. 15/10/16 The appointee will be responsible for the organisation and management of the Electronics Section of the Engineering Department. This involves administering and working with a team responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of patient diagnostic and treatment apparatus. Applicants must have a minimum qualification of registration under the Electrical Registration Regulations to undertake work on electronic appliances. N.Z.C.E. or study towards this qualification as well as previous hospital experience is preferred. Persons who consider they have suitable equivalent qualifications and experience should apply. ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN VACANCY NO. 15/11/16 The appointee will be responsible for maintenance and repair of scientific instruments, patient monitoring devices, x-ray equipment and a variety of apparatus throughout the Board’s area. Applicants must have a minimum qualification of Registration under the Electrical Registration Regulations to undertake work on electronic appliances. N.Z.C.E. or study toward this qualification is preferred, however holders of R.T.C. or equivalent with extensive electronics experience should apply.
