PA Auckland Patricia Hume, an Auckland rhythmic gymnast, aged 18, has been selected in the New Zealand team to defend the Trans-Tasman Cup in spite of having to withdraw from the last three events of the weekend trials. Chosen for the junior individual team were: Tracey Anderson, Katie Agnew, Melanie Barker, Hannah Clark (Dunedin), Kathryn Hughes (Christ- " church), and Raewyn Jack. Elizabeth Boak is the reserve. Tracey 2 Cooksley, named as nontravelling reserve, gained a place in the junior group team and will 2 travel.
