NATIONAL SUPERANNUITANTS INCOME TAX SURCHARGE 1986/87~ If you receive National “Super” you may have to pay an income tax surcharge. This is a special income tax of 25% payable on income above certain exemption levels. For the year commencing 1 April 1986, new exemption levels apply. Are you liable?
