Public Notices HURUNUICOUNTY COUNCIL DOG REGISTRATION AND HYDATIDS CONTROL FEES 1986/87 PUBLIC notice is hereby given pursuant to the Dog Controland Hydatids /let, 1982, that the Hurunul County Council has by resolution fixed the following fees for dogs three months of age or over within the boundaries of the County for the period April 1,1986 to March 31,1987. FEES PAYABLE ARE AS FOLLOWS: DOG CONTROL FEE: $31.50 per dog covering registration and hydatids control is due and payable on April 1, 1986. ADDITIONAL FEE: $lO per dog where registration is effected after May 31, 1986, and the dog was required to be registered on April 1, 1986. COLLARS: A tag to attach to the existing collar will be supplied or a new collar can.be supplied at an additional cost of $3.50. If the disc or tag Is lost a replacement may be obtained at a cost of $2. NOTE: Goods and Services tax has been included in the fees. Dogs are not considered to have been registered until the FULL fee as applicable has been paid. IMPOUNDING FEE: $lO (plus dally sustenance $2.50 per day and advertising $l5) per dog. NOTE: Goods and Services tax has not been Included In Impounding fees and from October 1, 1986, an additional 10 per cent (GST) will apply. INFECTED DOGS: In addition to the fee payable In respect of any dog, there shall be payable by the owner of the dog to the Council an additional fee of $2l If the dog has been diagnostically tested for hydatids and the purged material from the dog has been found on examination to contain hydatids. CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP: The previous owner and the new owner shall each within 14 days notify the Council office In writing of a Change of Ownership and the residential address of the new owner. Death or loss of a dog must also be notified.
TRANSFER OF DOG: Where dogs registered In one district are transferred to the district of another local authority, the owner Is required to notify the Council office In each district within 14 days of the new address at which the dog Is to be kept. A new disc shall be Issued free by the authority Into which the dog Is transferred. REGISTRATION FORMS: Will be delivered to all households during the month of March. Addltlonal/replacement forms are available at County offices, Amberley or Walkarl. A. J. AND IN THE MATTER of the Special Area known as the Sewer Extension Loan Special Area as defined by Resolution of the Board dated the Seventeenth day of April 1923, and published In the New Zealand Gazette No. 37 dated the Twenty-sixth day of April 1923, and as from time to time altered under the provisions of Section 5, Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1922, and Section 60, Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951, by Resolutions of the Christchurch Drainage Board and published In the New Zealand Gazette. PURSUANT to the powers vested In It by the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951, the Christchurch Drainage Board at a meeting held on the Twenty-sixth day of February 1986, resolved that the boundary of the said Special Area hereinbefore described and defined be further altered so as to include In the said Special Area all those areas briefly described In the Schedules hereto and further resolved that the said areas shall form part of and be Included In the subdivision B of the said Special Area and that the boundaries of said subdivision B be altered accordingly so as to Include all those areas.
