NZPA-Reuter Colombo Athula Samarasekera hit his maiden first class century and shared an unfinished second-wicket stand of 153 with Ranjan Madugalle as the Sri Lankan XI made a spirited reply against England B yesterday. At the close of the second day of the fourday unofficial Test the home side had scored 161 for one in 46 overs in reply to the touring side’s total of 369 for eight declared. Samarasekera was 103 not out and Madugalle 43.
