Driver held, car burns
PA Wellington The car belonging to a man charged with excess breath alcohol, burst into flames while he was in custody. Senior Traffic Sergeant Dave Johnston said the man was arrested and
taken into custody while his car was left on an Upper Hutt street. Just before midnight, the car burst into flames, and was badly damaged. The cause of the fire was unknown yesterday.
