WAIROA COUNTY COUNCIL TENDERS FOR SECTIONS KAIUKU MANIA PENINSULA TENDERS ARE INVITED FOR the purchase of 16 sections at Kaluku on the Mahia Peninsula. Dependentant on the response council will undertake the subdlvlslonal development of 5 acres of Council owned land, probably during the next summer with > an estimated completion date of July 1986. The road > and sections have been pegged. Council will impose 5 a height restriction on section 1 to 12. Access to the beach is within easy walking distance and a general store and Post office within 2 km. All sections will be fully serviced with underground power and telephone.
