Lean your torso to the left, keeping your shoulders square to the front, until you feel a gentle stretch along your right side. Photo B: Keeping the ball tucked in your arm, lean your torso to the right. Lift your left elbow until it points toward the ceiling. You should feel a comfortable stretch along your left side. Repeat movements and continue by alternating sides.
