PA Rotorua A Rotorua superannuitant will go on trial in the High Court in February charged with the murder of his wife. Frank Leonard Talbot, aged 65, was sent for trial after a depositions hearing in the District Court at Rotorua. Briscoe for the defendant At the end of the 2% hour hearing, Messrs A. P. Jesson and J. A. McLeod, Justices of the Peace, found Talbot had a case to answer. He was remanded in custody and will face trial by jury in the High Court at Rotorua on February 17.
