Suppression continued
PA Wellington The High Court in Wellington has granted continued interim suppression of the name of a third man charged with false accounting deals concerning Broadbank Corporation. Mr Justice Quilliam had last Friday granted suppression of the man’s name until the start of. the taking of
depositions. : . The nian, who faces a charge of false accounting, has elected trial by jury and will appear in court again on January 31. The District Court refused to order suppression until then but granted an order preventing’publication of his name until 4 p.m. on Mon-day-So (that the man could i appeal Against the refusal.
