Tne Bank has 24 branches from Gisborne through Manawatu and Wairarapa and employs over 250 people; total assets approach s2oom. The successful candidate will probably be in the 35-45 age bracket with a tertiary accounting qualification, demonstrable management ability and substantial experience in trading banks or other financial/investment institutions. The anility to think and plan at the strategic level is as important as managing detailed day to day operations.
