French Designer Suits Unobtainable

“Yves St Laurent,” the prestigious men’s French designer suit will not be manufactured under license in New Zealand by the franchise holder, Garman Holdings Ltd, an Auckland based company, from December 31, 1985. The managing director, Craig Nicholas of Mr Sergios, Christchurch’s leading men’s fashion store, informs us that being the major stockist in New Zealand they do have an excellent range of the “Yves St Laurent” suit in a variety of cloths, styles and sizes. When Mr Nicholas was interviewed regarding the decision, he said “I have no reason to believe that the cancellation of the franchise was politically motivated.” ADVERTISEMENT
