AFFLECK, Millicent Vallence (late teacher of Addington Primary School) — On November 30, 1985, at Woodchester Hospital, loved fourth daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Affleck (formerly of Otautau and latterly of Christchurch); In her 94th year. The Funeral service will be held In the Harewood Crematorium Chapel, Johns Road, Tomorrow (Tuesday), at 9.45 a.m. John Rhlnd, Ltd, F.D.A.N.Z. (Inc.).

BEER, Elizabeth Mary (Bessia) — On December 1, 1985, at her residence, 2 Derwent Street. Invercargill (peacefully), dearly loved wife of the late Ward Beer (late of Te Anau and Alexandra), loved mother and mother-in-law of Leslie and Gwen (Mossburn),- loved grandmother of Yvonne and Allan Davidson (Lumsden), and Mark and Myreen, and loved great-grandmother of Brett and Kelly; aged 78 years. CLEEVE, Joan Ogilvy — On November 29, 1985, at her home, Hawarden, dearly loved wife of Bert, dearly loved mother and mother-ln-law of Leonie and Gavin Morrison (Hawarden), Noeline and Dale Weavers (Oxford), and Colin and Lee (Hawarden), and much loved and cherished nana of Matthew and Gregory, Philippa, Diana and Hilary, and James and Anna; In her 65th year.
