Suites reflect individuality and taste
With an emphasis on high-class accommodation apd top-quality suites which reflect individuality and good taste, The Towers hotel has spared no attention to detail or expense in living up to its claims.
Developed at a cost of about $3.8 million, The Towers is part-owned by Mr John Mulholland, and Mr John Wilson, who are both co-directors of Unibuild Construction, Ltd. The other owner is Mr lan MacKenzie of Christchurch.
Mr Wilson designed the hotel with its notable “towers,” and it was draughted by Mr James de Malmanche. Unibuild Construction began work on the complex which was opened last month. Chris Mitchell and Associates has the management contract for The Towers. The company was formed in
March this year with the aim of providing professional management and marketing services to developers of tourist accommodation. Mr Mitchell and his wife, Trish, have had long association with the hotel industry, and before moving to Christchurch from Auckland they were involved in promoting two other properties in the North Island. They also hold the management contract for Lofts Villas in Queenstown.
