Referendum on toilet
NZPA-Reuter Vaduz The . Liechtenstein capital of Vaduz will hold a referendum to end a three-year-old wrangle over a public toilet. The City Council decided in 1982 to include a toilet in a new arts centre project, but opponents demanded a referendum. The Arts Centre was shelved and the council paid for another toilet in a shopping centre, but a court ruled that the vote should go ahead as a matter of public concern.
