No. 133-67 McAlpine Street, Christchurch. An existing factory/office building of 1321 sq m has been purchased for $400,000. The property is leased for 12 years to Steelpro Industries Ltd. Mr R. Bridge of M. B. Cook and Co. was the introducing agent No. 134 Cur Rangitikei and Featherstone Streets, Palmerston North. A 936 sq m office building has been purchased from Warnaco Investments Ltd and will be constructed by R. E. Henn Ltd. The property when, completed will be leased to Westpac Banking Corporation for 21 years. The purchase price of $1,220,000 was negotiated by Mr Brian White of Brian White and Associates. Mutual Funds purchases single-tenancy properties, either existing or to be developed, on a continuous basis provided such properties are leased to single tenants and have a value over $750,000.
