Typhoon toll 46
Typhoon Andy killed 46 people when it struck central Vietnam recently, a Hanoi newspaper reported. Andy, one of the most fierce typhoons to ravage the country in years, struck Binh Tri Thien province where all the casualties occurred, the Army daily, “Quan Doi Nhan Dan,” said, without giving further de-tails.-jHanoL
