Accordingly the incumbent will be involved in all aspects H of the E.D.P. function including initial systems specification in jB conjunction with user departments, training, operations, liaison with the computer bureau and the ongoing modification and enhancement ■ of systems and procedures. Accordingly, the position offers considerable personal autonomy, variety and scope for personal 9B initiative. Currently the E.D.P. systems are bureau based, and include B purchasing, production, distribution and accounting packages. Nine BB terminals are installed and more are planned. This is a career position. A background in the data processing industry is not essential.
