Cricket quartet for interchange
Lancaster Park, which has two teams in the Canterbury Cricket Association’s first grade competition this summer, has named the four players which it is permitted to interchange between its A and B teams this season. Two of the players, Bob Cusdin and Bruce Irving, have been named in the B squad, while the other pair, Simon Millichip and Allan Lindsay, will not be available until later in the season.
The two Lancaster Park teams released last evening were:— Park A: Dave Dempsey (captain), Rod Latham, Tony Collins, Ross Calder, Graeme Kench, Glenn Bateman, Craig Thiele, James Shipley, lain Boyle, Mark Chamberlain, Nick Foster. Park B: Wayne Wilson (captain), Trevor Luke, Murray Smith, Bob Cusdin, Robin Foster, John Alexander, Stephen Lapslie, Howard Chellew, lan Malcolm, Dave Henry, Bruce Irving.
