A. Butt’s appeal
The appeal by Anthony Butt against a two-week suspension imposed on him for causing interference at Hutt Park on Friday, August 30, is to be opened in Christchurch next Tuesday. It is expected that proceedings will then be adjourned until such time as counsel are available.
The appeal will be heard by Messrs W. G. P. Cuningham, B. F. O’Malley and E. T. McDermott.
