The Cadetship covers all aspects of coil and flat section sprinG manufacture, automatic coiling, slide operation, heat treatment, quality control, despatch and some exposure in the roll of supervision. The Cadetship is for a period of 10,006 hours (5 years) with a maximum 1000 hours being credited at the discretion of the Company for exceptional cadets.
