Ski field opens
New Zealand’s newest ski field, the Remarkables, will open today, but on a restricted basis. Ski-ing will be possible on
the learners and intermediate terrain, and the Alta double chair lift and handle tows will be working. Some rocks are exposed on the lower slopes.
