Second interim A Wellington-based retailer, James Smith, Ltd, has announced a second interim dividend of 6.5 c a share (13 per cent), tax-free, to be paid on August 15. Books close on August 9. 100 per cent of Atlas The Examiner of Commercial Practices has approved Ceramco Investments, Ltd, acquiring up to 100 per cent of Atlas Corporation, Ltd, shareholding, the two companies told the Stock Exchange. Aurora interim The directors of Aurora Group, Ltd, have announced a tax-free interim distribution of 2c a share (8 per cent). Payment will be made to shareholders on the register on August 6, ex August 2. Forestry Fund Unit-holder equity in the Nuhaka Farm Forestry Fund increased by $767,267 from $4,671,066 to $5,438,333 in the year to March 31, the Perpetual' Trustees Estate and Agency Company of New Zealand, Ltd, as trustee for Nuhaka said. The asset backing a unit increased from $3.36 to $3.91.
