Air New Zealand
Sir, — The National Party has exposed its purpose. It wants to sell Air New Zealand off to the public, meaning wealthy people in the party, now that it is making a profit. The rest of us, having paid all our taxes, have bought Air New Zealand and are content for the nation to own it and the Government to spend its profit for the greatest good of all of us. Those who need it most are the beneficiaries and those on subsistence wages who have heavy outgoings. — Yours, etc., ARTHUR C. KEEN. July 29, 1985.
