BOON, Lionel Frederick (formerly of Seddon Street, Christchurch) - At Mary Potter Hospital, loved and respected grandfather and guardian of Gloria Gates (nee Larsen), and Beverley Griffiths, and much loved great-grandfather of Karen, Emily, Amanda, Stacey, Nicola, and Kelly. (Peacefully.) You gave us so much security and love. Now rest in peace.

FERGUSON, Valerie Doreen — On July 15, 1985, at Seddon Memorial Hospital, Gore (suddenly), dearly loved wife of Collin William Ferguson, 20 Thomas Street, Gore, and a much loved mother and mother-in-law ot Stephen and Jackie, Allan and Sheena, and Jan (Gore), loved sister and sister-in-law of Fayne and Keith Barclay (Gore), and a much loved nana of all her grandchildren; In her 55th year. So loved and mourned by many, but now safe in the presence of Jesus. A service will be held in the Holy Trinity Church, Trafford Street, Gore, Tomorrow (Wednesday), at 2 p.m., the Funeral leaving thereafter for the Charlton Park Cemetery.
