Range of menus for local and overseas visitors
The Town Hall Restaurant attracts a large number of patrons each year. Both local and overseas visitors make full use of this centrally located dining facility and over the past year more than 63,000 people dined at the restaurant either individually or as one of the many organised coach tours which visit the Town Hall.
With the attractive Ferrier Fountain, an outlook over the River Avon and panoramic views of the city, the restaurant offers diners a unique setting in which to enjoy cuisine from any one of their number of menus. VARIETY OF MENUS: Smorgasbord Luncheons: From 12 noon -2 p.m. Monday to Friday. A six-course smorgasbord including coffee is available. This luncheon is enjoyed by local businessmen, tourist groups, social groups and individuals. The smorgasbord includes hot and cold dishes with a wide range of both meat and vegetable selection.
Pre-Theatre and Family Menu: Available from 5.30 p.m. - 7.45 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
These extensive selections available are ideal for anyone wishing to dine before an evening performance and also for families with young children, who would like an early evening meal. Up to four children, aged 10 years or younger, can-
dine free of charge on the the family menu when accompanied by two dining adults, Monday to Friday. Evening A La Carte Din-
ing: From 8 p.m. Monday to Saturday, an extensive a la carte selection featuring New Zealand cuisine. A complimentary sherry or
glass of wine upon arrival at the restaurant awaits anyone dining on this menu. Dine and Dance on Friday and Saturday nights to live music from the resident band. Late night supper: 10.30 p.m. till late, Monday to Saturday. For those wishing to unwind from activities earlier in the evening an extensive selection is available featuring anything from coffee or liqueur to a full meal.
