Catering tailored to meet all diners’ needs

The Christchurch Town Hall provides a complete catering service for individuals and groups wishing to hold small gatherings or large formal occasions. Their functions sales manager is available to call at homes or attend committee meetings to discuss and help plan occasions. The Town Hall offers an extensive choice of menus and, if required, they will plan a special menu to suit individual needs including vegetarian. The Town Hall’s multi-

purpose facilities are ideally suited for a large, number and variety of gatherings such as wedding receptions, conferences, banquets, cabarets and social balls. Facilities The Limes Room at the Christchurch Town Hall caters for larger parties with in-house catering and bar facilities, eight-channel mixer, line music and tape facilities, grid lighting, a theatre light 20-way control desk and a mobile stage.

The Cambridge Room was designed as a versatile extension to the Limes Room and can act as a supper room for the Limes Room with pullaway double doorways. If necessary, the independent access and lift service make the Cambridge Room a self-sufficient unit. The Cambridge Room is equipped with in-house catering facilities, a small dance floor for dine and dances, and a sound system can be connected into the house system or used independently. The Conference Room is designed specifically for conferences and can be divided into two separate areas.

The room is fully soundproofed and has its own sound system and tape facilities, with a four-chan-nel mixer for microphones and separate column speakers for each of the rooms.

Services MENU PLANNING: The Town Hall has an extensive choice of menus available and, if required, will plan a menu to suit individual requirements.

PRINTING: For sports and social club events they can make the job even easier by advising and arranging the printing of invitations, for events. WEDDINGS: The Town Hall is extensively used for weddings and staff can assist in the arranging of photographers, transport, flowers, invitations and wedding cakes.

FULLY LICENSED: As a fully licensed facility, they can provide alcoholic beverages. Special Functions Offer: Those wishing to hold their function at the Christchurch Town Hall are able to take advantage of a special offer. If the occasion requires the use of catering and beverage facilities, hire of the particular function room is supplied free of charge.
