Benefit Tax Return and the first payment. FRINGE BENEFITTAX A reminder for employers and accountants. The first quarterly accounting period for the new Fringe Benefit Tax ended on June 30th, 1985. Consequently your first Fringe Benefit Tax Return covering the period from April Ist to June 30th, 1985, should be furnished with payment to the Inland Revenue no later than July 20th, 1985. If Fringe Benefits were not provided for employees you are still required to complete and file a ‘NIL’ return by the due date.
