That the proposed security for the payment of interest, repayment of principal and the payment of other charges on the said loan is a special rate of 0.03022 cents in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the North Canterbury Electric Power District. Pursuant to Section 45 of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, Public Notice is hereby given that the foregoing resolution will be submitted for confirmation by the North Canterbury Electric Power Board at a meeting to be held in the Board’s office, Rangiora, on July 23, 1985, at 9.30 a.m. Pursuant to Section 34, paragraph 2, of the Local Authorites Loans Act 1956, Public Notice is hereby given that a Poll of Ratepayers is required to be taken if fifteen per cent of the North Canterbury Electric Power District so demand, by w/ltlng under their hands delivered or sent by post to the Board and received at the office of the Board not later than 9 a.m. on the date fixed for the confirmation of the foregoing resolution to raise the Special Loan.
