Cold Storage Ltd Our client Company operates a large, modern cold store facility, attractively situated in Motueka, supplying the needs of its producer shareholders. The main product stored is kiwifruit with a requirement for additional storage of other products as appropriate. The Manager has total responsibility for the profitable planning and operation of the store and reports directly to the Board. The requirement is for a person with proven managerial experience, between 35-45 years of age, who will control the operation on a day-to-day basis and also effectively carry out a series of current and on-going projects. The Manager will need to work closely with the Board in developing the Company’s business activity and further will require good communication skills to effectively represent the Company both with clients and within the industry.
