(5) North Canterbury Catchment Board Rates of 0.1578 dollars per cent land value (as directed by the Board pursuant to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941). (6) Christchurch Drainage Board rates of total 0.4215 dollars per cent capital value (as directed by the Board pursuant to Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951). (7) Christchurch Transport Board rates of 0.2181 dollars per cent capital value (as directed by the Board pursuant to Christchurch Tramway District Act 1920). Notice is further given that the whole of the abovementioned rates will be due and payable on Friday, August 2, 1985 and an additional charge of 10 per cent will be added to all rates not paid on or before Tuesday, February 4,1986.
