NZPA-AAP Sydney Australian sharemarkets closed at record levels for the second successive day, boosted marginally by continued interest in the Myer take-over, brokers said. The Coles bid for Myer continued to dominate trading, with Myer reaching a record 312 before finishing at 300. It slipped 10c in the last minutes of trading. Coles added 12c to 392 c, Woolworths fell 10c to 338 c and FAI eased 10c to 1750.
