Wellington reporter No decision will be made on the application for a water conservation order over the Rakaia River by the Minister of Works and Development, Mr Colman, until any appeals to the High Court have been heard and decided. The Planning Tribunal publicly notified the fact that it has made a report, and a recommendation on the Rakaia River water conservation order application on June 22. This means that the deadline for filing appeals to the High Court on points of law will be July 22.
