PA Wellington The Rugby Union’s chairman, Mr Ces Blazey, declined to make any comment last evening on a legal decision which forces the union to justify in the High Court its decision to send the All Blacks on a tour of South Africa. The Court of Appeal ruled earlier yesterday that it was appropriate for the lawfulness of the union’s decision to be tested in the courts.
