The Manager administration is responsible for the procurement of supplies and services for the hospital and the control and administration of the hospital’s non-treatment staff with the exception of the Engineering Department. Qualifications: An appropriate professional qualification or University degree in management, Economics, Accounting, Health Administration or similar discipline. The applicant should have at least 10 years relevant experience in an Administrative/Executive capacity at a senior or middle management level preferably in the Health Services. WELLINGTON HOSPITAL BOARD SENIOR SOCIAL WORKER PARKVIEW CLINIC THERE IS A VACANCY for the position of Senior Social Worker at Parkview Clinic, the Board’s pregnancy counselling and termination service. Parkview is an outpatient clinic situated within the Wellington Hospital grounds. The appointee will be responsible for the provision of counselling services and expected both to counsel clients and to supervise other staff employed as social worker/counsellors. The Senior Social Worker is also responsible for the management and administration of the Clinic in consultation with the Nursing Supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: A social work qualification and experience in counselling and social v/ork supervision are essential. SALARY: In accordance with HS 40, Grade 4 - $22,169 to $23,254 p.a.
