Sergeant Graham Crawford told Judge Blackwood that the complainant was “under considerable pressure from her family and from a rape crisis centre not to give evidence.” He applied to withdraw charges against Jayson Lou
Bridger, aged 18, unemployed, of Papakura: and Tony John Graham, aged 18. a builder, of Blockhouse Bay. They faced a joint charge of raping a young woman, aged 17, on Waiheke Island on October 21.
