The work also involves liaison with the fishing industry, other sections of MAF, and Government departments, with opportunities for trips to sea on fishing vessels for familiarisation with fishing operations. The people we require should have an aptitude for data handling and presentation as well as an interest in computer processing of data. They should enjoy meeting people and be able to communicate with others from all sectors of the industry. The salary payable will be in accordance with qualifications and experience.
