Of the total cost $2.25 million Is proposed to be met from the Board’s reserves and $2.25 million from a loan raised by public subscription. Loan charges will be met from revenue from port operations. Objections and comments relating to the proposed application must be submitted to the Board In writing not later than May 10, 1985.
